Officials Wanted for 2022-2023 Season

The Barrie Women’s Hockey Association Needs You!

We are looking to welcome players of all levels, born in 2008 or before, to be part of our officiating program for the next 2022-2023 season as referees and timekeepers.

Being part of keeping our game safe, fair, and fun is what it’s all about!

Did you know that refereeing can be a very rewarding part-time job that you can keep long after you’ve stopped playing hockey?

Full training and certification provided by Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey Federation, and the OWHA. PLUS: as part of our program, and with a commitment to the BWHA, there are even opportunities to have referee clinic fees reimbursed for new female referees!
